Örneğin Blackberry marka telefonunuzu kablo ile bağladınız ve telefonunuz ile verilen Blackberry data yazılımını da bilgisayarınıza kurdunuz...Bu yazılım açıkken toplusmsgonder.com v4.0 programını da açtınız...Bu durumda "aygıt çakışması sürdürülüyor" şeklinde bir hata alırsınız. Nedeni Windowsta geri planda Blackberry yazılımı açıktır ve Sim kartınızı kullanıyordur. Blackberry programını kapatıp, toplusmsgonder v4.0 programının bağlantısını kesip tekrar bağlanın. Ya da programı açıp kapatın. Samsung, Nokia, LG ve diğer cep telefonları için de aynı ayarları yapmalısınız. Yani geri planda sim kartınızı meşgul edecek o yazılımları kapatın ve sadece toplusmsgonder v4.0 programını açın.
